Altos de Corral is the most unique wine from Bodegas Corral, , a plot nestled in the Sierra Cantabria mountains with vineyards of over 30 years of age. Situated at the altitude borderline at which the vines can develop, we find an environment where organic farming offers its best results.
We preserve all the “heritage” of the brand, doing away with the unnecessary and eliminating all accessories, as if we were a sculptor: the work is there, but there is too much material.
Our work consisted of a meticulous process of refining all the components to keep the essentials, the most identifying features of this wine, and that the general impression it produces is one of maximum simplicity and refinement.

The challenge involved highlighting the uniqueness and sophistication of this Premium wine from Bodegas Corral, without losing its connection with the other references in the portfolio. We focused our approach on delving deeper into the roots of the brand and the very essence of this vineyard, which is barely managed and which, in itself, represents the best that a way of understanding viticulture can offer.
